Membership Registration

The following services are available to registered members

Points will not be granted or used for overseas shipments or purchases made in currencies other than Japanese yen .

To register as a member

Press "Member Registration" above to open the registration page. Alternatively, press the person icon in the upper right corner to open the login page, then press "New Member Registration" at the bottom of the page. On the page that opens, carefully read the "Membership Agreement", check the "I agree to the Membership Agreement" checkbox, and press "Proceed to Membership Registration".

All fields on the registration page are required. Please register an address that is unlikely to be deleted in the future and can receive e-mail from info@matsuyama.co.jp. Please avoid passwords that are easy to predict, such as birthdays. Security is enhanced by using a single-byte alphanumeric character containing uppercase and lowercase letters and symbols. Press "Register" to complete your registration. You will receive an email notification that your registration has been completed.

Log in

Immediately after your registration is completed, you will be automatically logged into the online store; for the second and subsequent visits, please press the left-most icon on the upper right of the page to open the login page, enter your e-mail address and password, and press "Login". My Page will open. Press the Matsuyama Oil & Fat logo in the upper left corner of the page to open the online store top page.

To change your password, please set it from "Reset Password". You will receive an e-mail with a URL to reset your password. Please follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password. After the password reset is completed, you will be automatically logged in to the online store and My Page will appear.

Change of membership information/withdrawal from membership

You can change your membership information (name, address, phone number, and e-mail address) and cancel your membership from My Page. When you cancel your membership, a withdrawal completion e-mail will be sent to you; however, when you change your membership information, no change completion e-mail will be sent to you.

For those who do not register as a member

You will not be able to check points, order history, or print out delivery slips and receipts.

Mail Magazine Registration

Please check the "Subscribe to the Matsuyama Mail Magazine" checkbox displayed on the payment screen when placing an order, and complete your order to become a registered member. If you wish to unsubscribe from the e-mail magazine, please follow the link in the e-mail magazine to unsubscribe.

How to Order

Search for products

If you already know the product you are looking for, enter the product name or keywords in the "Search Products" box at the upper right corner of each page, and press "→" or the Enter key.

Press the Matsuyama Yushi logo in the upper left corner of the page to open the top page of the online store. Press the photo of each brand to see a list of products. The top page also lists representative products of each brand. Search by Brand" and "Search by Product Type," which appear by pressing the hamburger menu at the far right of the icons displayed in the upper right corner of the page, are also useful.

2. Selecting and adding products

Pressing the product photo or the information at the bottom of the photo will display a detailed page with product features, capacity, price, and all ingredients. Select the capacity and type of container (bottle or refill, etc.) and enter the "quantity. Press "Add to Cart" to open the shopping cart page, which displays the selected product name and quantity. The shopping cart page can also be opened by clicking on the shopping bag icon, which is the second icon from the right of the icons displayed in the upper right corner of the page.

If you want to think carefully before adding a product to your shopping cart, or if you don't want to buy it now but want to remember the product, press the "Add to favorites" button. The product will be saved in your favorites page, and you can view your previous favorites by pressing the heart icon in the upper right corner of the page.

Products marked "*Not Eligible for International Shipping" under the "Add to Cart" button are not available for international shipping.

3. Confirm Order Details

Confirm the product name, container type, capacity and quantity displayed on the shopping cart page. If they are correct, press "Proceed with Order" at the bottom of the page. If it is incorrect, press "Delete" or change the quantity. Gift wrapping can also be specified in the shopping cart. Click "Continue Shopping" to continue shopping.

Use your points

Points can be used at the rate of 1 point = 1 yen. The number of points available in your shopping cart will be displayed, so please enter the number of points you wish to use and click "Use Points". The total amount of your order after using points will be displayed on the final payment page. Please note that for domestic orders, shipping charges will be incurred if the total amount is less than 5,500 yen after using points. For details on points, please refer to "Points" at the bottom of this page.
Points will not be awarded or used for international shipments or purchases made in currencies other than Japanese yen.

5. Specify the desired delivery date and time.

Domestic shipping
We accept delivery requests within 7 to 14 days after the date of delivery. If you would like to request a date after the 15th, please place your order with a date in mind. If you wish to have your order delivered as soon as possible, please proceed with your order without specifying a date and time.
Please note that the range of possible delivery dates may vary during and after our company's holidays, such as summer and winter holidays.

 

International Shipping
You cannot specify a preferred delivery date. Even if you specify a delivery date, it will be invalid.

6. Specify the delivery address

Click "Proceed with Order" in the shopping cart to move to the information page. Enter your shipping address. You can select your previous shipping address by pressing the triangle to the right of the "Use new address" field. The new address entered will be automatically registered by proceeding to the next page, and can be viewed, edited, or deleted on My Page.
*In addition to Japan, we ship to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.

7. Specify payment method

Select your payment method and billing address. Please also finalize your order and shipping address. If there are any errors or changes in the information, return to the previous page by clicking "Return to Shipping" and re-enter the information. If not, click "Pay Now" (for credit card payment) or "Complete Order".

8. Order Completion

Matsuyama Online Store will automatically send an e-mail to your registered address. You do not need to reply to the e-mail to complete your order. We will begin preparing your order for shipment immediately after you place your order so that we can deliver your products as soon as possible. If you notice any errors, please contact the Matsuyama Yushi Customer Service as soon as possible with your "Order Number" provided in the e-mail. Domestic Shipping

Nationwide flat rate of 500 yen (tax included); shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout screen when placing an order. Shipping is free for orders of 5,500 yen or more per destination. Shipping charges are not eligible for points. Trial sets (excluding some items) will be delivered free of charge when ordering only eligible products.

International Shipping

Domestic Shipping

GMO deferred payment
  • GMO Postpaid Payment is a payment method in which payment is made after the product has arrived at the customer's location. Please pay at a convenience store, or post office (Japan Post Bank), bank near you.
    Please use the payment slip for payment at a post office. Wire transfer is not available.
    Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. The account number for bank transfers is different for each transaction, so please check the account number on the invoice.
  • If you have not completed a previous payment, you may not be able to use this service. In that case, please select another payment method.
  • We usually send you an invoice about 2 weeks after the product arrives. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice. The payment deadline is also indicated on the invoice.
  • For postal transfer, a handling fee of 110 yen (tax included) will be charged if you pay in "cash" at the counter or ATM. If you pay from your account using your bankbook or cash card, there is no service charge (revised due to service changes at post offices and Japan Post Bank effective January 17, 2022).
  • If you are a minor, please obtain the consent of your legal representative before using this service.
  • There is a screening process for use of the service. Depending on the result of the screening, you may not be able to use "GMO Gopayment", in which case, please change to another payment method.

From order to delivery (domestic shipping)

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), except in the following deferred cases. (e.g.: Orders placed on Monday will be shipped by Thursday, and orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped by Wednesday.

After shipment, you will receive a "Notification of Shipment Completion" e-mail. It will include the shipping company's inquiry invoice number and a link to the shipping company's inquiry service so that you can check the delivery status. Please note that if you chooseGMO deferred payment, it may take longer (3 business days or more) to ship your order due to credit checks. If you are in a hurry, please choose another payment method.

Depending on the size of the product and the delivery location, either Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport will deliver the product. We do not accept delivery company specification.
