・Products excluded from shipping are indicated below the "Add to cart" button on the product detail page. This applies to products with high alcohol content, gift sets, and products that are easily damaged, such as bottles and ceramics.
Points are not awarded for products shipped overseas.
Shipping costs vary depending on the country and weight of the item being shipped. For details, please refer to the list of prices by country in the "Shipping & Payment" section of User Guide .
We will ship within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the date of your order. You cannot specify the delivery date. Please understand that the delivery date cannot be specified.
Ordered items are subject to customs duties and other charges based on the laws of each country. In addition, you may be charged a customs clearance fee by the postal entity of the country or region (addressee country) where your order is finally delivered. Any customs duties or other charges incurred after shipment are the responsibility of the recipient.
