We have confirmed that the "Amino Acid Bubble Cleanser Refill 120mL" of the M mark series, which was relaunched on September 7, 2022 (Wed.), had a discoloration (brownish-brown color) that was greater than expected.
We have already taken countermeasures by changing the manufacturing process, but the yellow discoloration has also occurred in the countermeasure product. The discoloration was caused by the raw materials used as moisturizing ingredients, and no change in cleaning power or hypoallergenic properties was observed, so there is no problem in using the product. However, the yellow or brown color visible through the refill bag may cause concern that the product has changed to such an extent that it may be harmful to use. As a future measure, we intend to develop formulas, manufacturing processes, and materials that are less likely to change the color tone. However, we will continue to sell "Amino Acid Awa Facial Cleanser 130mL (body)," the contents of which are not transparent.
