Please use it while warming up any part of your body from your head to the soles of your feet. It is also recommended for relaxation before bedtime while feeling the lively aroma and ingredients of wild herbs.
Directions for use: Place this product on a heatproof plate and warm it in a microwave oven. To prevent ignition due to over-drying, be sure to warm the product together with a heat-resistant container filled with water. Warming time is 30 to 40 seconds at 500W.
Expiration date: The product should be used when the fragrance becomes weak or when it becomes difficult to warm up.
Approximate time to keep warm: 10 to 15 minutes.
